Picking the Right Apartment
With so many apartments and factors to consider it can be hard to choose where to live while you attend BYU. Here are some of the most important things to consider.

Shared or Private Rooms
If you’re looking for BYU student housing, does the apartment you’re looking to move into offer shared or private rooms? Shared rooms can save you some money on rent, and private rooms can give you a little more privacy and security.
At Stadium150 we offer shared and private rooms for rent in two, three, or four-bedroom apartments.
Furnished or Unfurnished
Opting for a furnished BYU student apartment can offer convenience and ease, particularly for students who are moving in temporarily or can’t afford to buy their own furniture. Moving becomes a breeze as you step into a fully equipped living space, saving time and energy. However, for those who have specific decor preferences or cherished furniture items, a furnished BYU student apartment might not align perfectly.
At Stadium150, we offer fully furnished units designed to provide hassle-free living, particularly for those who are new to the area or prefer not to invest in furniture. Moving becomes a breeze as you step into a fully equipped living space, saving time and energy.
