Pet Policy
At Stadium 150, we are committed to creating a comfortable living environment for all our residents. While we do not allow pets, we do make exceptions for documented service animals or emotional support animals (ESAs) in accordance with applicable laws. If you have a service animal or ESA, please reach out to our leasing office for more information on our policies and required documentation.
Guest Policy
We welcome guests but ask that all residents adhere to our guest policy to maintain a peaceful living environment. Guests are allowed for up to three days without prior permission, but for longer stays, roommates must mutually agree and notify the office in writing. Additionally, to ensure everyone’s comfort, we enforce quiet hours from 10 PM to 8 AM, as per Provo city code. We appreciate your cooperation in helping to keep our community respectful and enjoyable for all residents.
Lease Terms
We offer flexible lease terms designed to fit the needs of our student residents. Our lease agreements are clearly outlined below, providing details on rental rates, lease lengths, payment schedules, and other important terms. We encourage you to review the information to ensure that the lease terms meet your expectations, and feel free to reach out to our leasing office if you have any questions or need further clarification.
Length: 12 months
Application Fee: $50 per person
Security Deposit: $150, subject to approval (OAC)
Guarantor: A guarantor may be required depending on credit approval
Insurance: Renter’s insurance is required
Utilities: The monthly utility package is $82, which covers:
- $50 for water, sewer, power, trash, and natural gas
- $20 for internet
- $12 for renter’s liability insurance (this charge will be removed if you provide proof of your own policy with a $50K liability limit to cover your belongings).
FAQs About our Student Apartments
What is the decorating policy?
You can personalize your space, but keep in mind that all decorations must be removable and the unit should be returned to its original condition when you move out. We don’t allow painting, and excessive holes in the walls will incur a charge of $25 per hole.
What do I need to bring to my new apartment?
Be sure to bring linens, pots and pans, cleaning supplies (including a mop, broom, and vacuum cleaner), dishes, a Google Fiber-compatible router, and your personal items to make your new apartment feel like home.
Can residents add a roommate later?
Yes, depending on availability, you can add a roommate to your apartment later. Just check with our leasing office for the details.
